Times are constantly changing, and it's important to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and designs: especially when it comes to your residential space. In 2000, I graduated with a degree in Interior Design in Iowa, interned with a local designer, and then returned back to Central Illinois to work for Lippmann's Furniture and Interiors for 6 years. When that business closed, I was asked to start a new venture selling plumbing fixtures at Holt Supply to the trades and homeowners. When my husband and I decided to expand our family, we made the decision that I would stay at home with them. Now that my son is in Kindergarten, I can focus on my passion for art and Interior Design in a new capacity with a renewed sense of purpose. I'm excited to work with clients in transforming their homes to reflect a design that aligns with their vision.

SIGNIFICANCE IN A NAME

Frances Design Co. is named for Frances "Dolly" Haas, my maternal grandmother and someone who had a significant impact on my life. To honor who she was and the legacy she created, my daughter and my business both share her name. Thus, the making of Frances Design Co.: a tribute to a woman who was full of stories and style.
